We can even organise for the same gardener’s to come to you for weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one off mowing services.
WE ALWAYS SEND THE SAME GARDENERS
If you are looking for a regular gardener, we will assign either a solo-cleaner or a gardening team of 2-3 people to come for your service. We will give you a call after the service and if you are happy with your cleaner, we will assign them to your regular service. We will then always send you the same cleaner unless there are special circumstances such as the gardening team are away, sick or unavailable for a different reason. On these occasions, we will always get in touch with you and check if you would prefer to wait for your regular cleaners, or if you would prefer for us to send you a cover team.
Finding the perfect team
Over the years we have learnt that providing the best gardening team for a customer is not as simple as some people may think. Although the quality of the cut of the lawns is of great importance, so is the type of person, the personality and the style of mowing. When booking with us, please let us know of any preference you have and we will do our best to assign you a gardener/gardening team who suits best suits your needs.
Although it does not happen very often, every now and they you may not feel you have found a perfect fit. Please do not worry! We can always send out a different gardening team and find you the perfect match. The chances of us not getting it right the second time round are almost 0, and we will back that up by not charging you a cent if we don’t get it right!
