We also understand that the secret to a great gardening service is finding the perfect match of gardening team and customer. We carefully hand pick every one of our gardener’s and do everything we can to make sure they are capable of providing the excellent service we strive for. In general, we only look for gardeners who have been gardening for 2-3+ years, are extremely professional, but also fun and friendly at the same time.
